That is why NASPL is here, to help cultivate a successful and knowledgeable team by offering the Lottery Leadership Institute.

NASPL has partnered with Franklin Covey to develop principle-based leadership content specifically for the lottery industry. Following successful completion, attendees will receive 3.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

This four-day training event is lottery industry specific, with a leadership focus. Instructor-led training will provide attendees with approachable methods and actionable tools that can be applied immediately to ensure personal and professional growth, focusing on the foundation for effective leadership, diversity and inclusion, and creating greater team effectiveness.

Lottery Member Associate Member Non-Member Lottery/Supplier



NASPL Lottery Member - $1,300
Employees of a government-sanctioned NASPL Member lottery. This does not include suppliers providing products or services to lottery clients.


NASPL Associate Member - $1,500
Employee/representative of a company that supplies goods and/or services to the lottery industry and is a current NASPL Associate Member.


Non-Member Lottery/Supplier - $1,700
Employee/representative of any lottery that is not a NASPL Lottery Member, or of a company that supplies goods and/or services to the lottery industry that is not a current NASPL Associate Member.
